A penetrating rust surface primer with excellent wettability to the substrate penetrates into the remaining rust layers (FeOOH, Fe(OH)2), immobilizing the rust while simultaneously forming a stable chelated iron film on the iron substrate, stopping the progression of rust. Next, a tough coating of thick film high-performance epoxy paint blocks corrosive substances from the external environment. Furthermore, in harsher conditions, a system that utilizes flake pigments to enhance corrosion resistance through their maze effect is also available.
